I recently joined a gym with my family, the YMCA that was just built by my house. Today, we signed up for a personal trainer as a family. So this morning I woke up, went to the gym, and met with him. He’s a cool guy. My brother and I went and did some cardio while my parents talked with him, and then we switched. He asked us basic questions like what we were looking to get out of our workout, and he observed our stretching to determine what needs work. I’ll be working out HARD three days a week for about an hour, and I’m really looking forward to it. Since I’ll be exercising quite a bit, and probably writing about it on here, I’ve decided to name it “Project Pec Blast” for reference. In fact, you’ll probably be hearing this a lot from me:
On another note, I’ve been playing a game called “Peggle” a lot. It’s one of those Pop Cap games like “Bejeweled”, and it’s delightful. You can read more about it, and even download a demo, here. I should warn you, it’s extremely addictive.
That’s all from me. I’ll write more about how the workout goes once we get going.
Catch you later.
